"Blood and Glitter" won Unser Lied für Liverpool 2023 and is set to represent Deutschland in the Eurovision Song Contest 2023.

1. 2. Patty Gurdy– Melodies of Hope

I am so happy! Finally Germany has some nice songs to compete as a Big 5! Germany, don't mess up with this! Please!

This song could bring Germany their best result in years! It really has potential to do well in Eurovision! 

2. Rene Miller– Concrete Heart

This is another amazing song! My second place! I wouldn't be mad if this wins Unser Lied für Liverpool 2023. Rene's voice is so powerful and we know that he has something to tell us. It feels great to finally be able to break out and find ourselves again. 

3. Frida Gold – Alle Frauen In Mir Sind Mude

Closing my top 3 songs, we have " Alle Frauen In Mir Sind Mude".

This song could be very risky in Eurovision but it's so beautiful! I love it so much!

4. Lord of the Lost – Blood & Glitter

The blood and glitter that Eurovision needs this year! I would love to hear a german version of this! 

5. Anica Russo – Once Upon a Dream 

What a difference when you compare the quality to last year's songs. This year there will be a strong preliminary decision from Germany. The song isn't for me, but it is good though.

6. Will Church – Hold On

We've heard this before. This song is good. I mean, it is a good song. But that's it! Will has a beautiful voice and I think he can really delivers on stage. It might grow on me. Let's see!

7. TRONG – Dare to be Different

Fresh and cool! This song gives me good vibes and again... it's not bad. Germany really did a good job this year.

8. Lonely Spring – Misfit

Ok... this gives me early 2000s vibes and I think I don't hate it! However it's my least favourite out of the 8 songs.

Malik Harris - Rockstars / Germany 2022

Malik Harris is going to represent Germany at the Eurovision Song Contest 2022 in Turin with the song 'Rockstars'.

I think that the live performance undoubtedly took this song to a higher level. Malik can surprise with a beautiful scene in Turin. It won't be last, for sure.

6th PLACE: 

Nico Suave & Team Liebe - Hallo Welt - 4/10

Not a bad song, but for me it's too boring. Thank you, next!

5th PLACE: 

Eros Atomus - Alive - 4/10

Sorry Germany, but this is another song for bottom 5!

This song isn't horrible, but seriously someone think that this have chance to do well? C'mon...

4th PLACE: 

Emily Roberts - Soap - 4,5/10

This song sounds like any poor quality mainstream pop song, American style... I'm truly disappointed. It's a no.

3rd PLACE: 

Maël & Jonas - I Swear to God  - 5,5/10

This is not bad, to be honest. I wonder how well will this work live.

Nothing new, nothing exciting...

2nd PLACE: 

Malik Harris - Rockstars   - 6/10

I kinda like this, I must say. For sure, this won't win ESC, but at least it won't be last. If he performs well, this might grow on me.

1st PLACE: 

Felicia Lu - Anxiety - 7/10

I like this! I really think this song would be BY FAR the best entry for ESC. This gives me Lena Meyer-Landrut's vibes and I love it.

Note: These songs are not bad, but it seems that the bottom places must be very comfy. Germany needs to take some risks.

Jendrik – I Don’t Feel Hate (Germany)

Jendrik will represent Germany at the Eurovision Song Contest 2021 with the song I Don't Feel Hate.

I'm interested in how the live performance will be, but this song is not my cup of tea. However, Germany is bringing positive energy and some fun and that's good! Jendrik is very charismatic and that's also a plus!

Dark (Netflix)

"Goodbye" 

Dreamers, Dark is honestly one of the best shows I have ever watched. It's an amazing show with a wonderful cast, beautifully acted, and a mind-blowing script!

Dark keeps you on the edge of your seat at all times, it's just on a different level. I don't think that it's scary - It's mystery, it's dark, it's deep but never scary. It's more eery with a lot of mystery involved. The symbolism is deep and very interesting.

To anyone looking to watch this series, one piece of advice; Watch it on NETFLIX with the original German audio with English subtitles, it's worth it!
