A passion gives you a reason to keep learning and to work toward mastery. You need to be motivated, passionate and driven to be the best you can be regardless of your job or your work.
The wonderful thing about being human is that you have the capacity to set your own goals and find joy in accomplishing them. It's wonderful to wake up in the morning, and realize that you are going to spend your entire day in doing a work that you like. Your energy turns into ‘positive energy’ and lasts even when the day ends up. Passion is a state of mind and it helps intensifying goals and it will, for sure, help you grow and lead you down the path to success!
