The restorative power of Nature



Every morning my alarm goes off at 5:30am, I get up, get dressed, and set out for my work day. My work days are long and stressful and that's why I think it's so important to enjoy my weekends the best way I can. Walking is one of my favorite rituals and if there is one thing I could convince you to do for 20-30 minutes every day, it would be to take a walk outside.

It is absolutely true that nature has the power to uplift our mood even when we are highly despondent, tired, exhausted, angry, nervous or anxious. It comforts me an calms me down. Somehow it has the power to renew and refresh msyself and it fells so good. 
 
Enjoy the weekend, but don’t forget to stay safe and take care to help control this virus, dreamers!
