Mental health
Taking time out for your mental health is very important right now. Make sure you check with yourself and with others. Find your own tools that work for you and always try your best. Why? Because your mental health matters!
I got anxiety after a really stressful period of my life and it was extremely challenging and overwhelming. I still get anxious very often but now I know what to do.
Deep breathing really helps me calm down. Writing also helps me a lot. It can be an effective way to explore how I feel, especially if talking out loud feels impossible.
Controlling anxiety takes time and there's no quick fix for it. Practice makes perfect, so don't stop trying to find ways that work for you!
